I usually like to wait about two weeks, after the "new" wears off. I'm excited for it to open. I've eaten at Colton's in Jeff City and found the food and prices to be very pleasing.

Agreed. Ya gotta let that new grill season a little bit.

I went for the opening and the food was really good. We had the sirloin tips, catfish, loaded chicken, and a burger. Everything was cooked as ordered and tasted really good. The raspberry ice tea was excellent and the peanuts are really good also. We will definitely be going back.
